I initially listed my property with another local agent but was disappointed with the lack of viewings generated within the first month. I contacted Guy for an alternative approach and was impressed with the strategy he proposed for marketing my property.
When I met Guy, it was clear that he had a passion for property and a vast knowledge of the local area. Guy recommended professional photos and a virtual tour to make my property stand out from the many other similar ones on the market. I was really pleased with the quality of the marketing materials and the improved online presence.
The one thing that really stood out for me was the commitment that the viewings would always be conducted by a member of staff who was familiar with the property and could answer questions from prospective buyers. I felt that this lead to good quality viewings with meaningful, prompt feedback.
Once I had accepted an offer, I found Jacob to be incredibly helpful throughout the process. He responded to queries quickly and with good advice. On many occasions, Jacob was one step ahead of the conveyancers and worked tirelessly to keep things moving forward.
With a commission based fee structure, I initially had reservations that my comparatively low value property may not get the same attention as the higher value properties on the books, but quickly saw that this was not the case.
I would definitely use Mansell McTaggart in the future and would recommend their services to others.
