Absolutely brilliant service given by Josh and Leeroy at Barnard Marcus Earlsfield. They were very helpful with all our queries as tenants and did their best to help us move in with ease. We had our eye on a particular flat because it was close to my elderly mother but the flat had a lot of suitors. Josh and Leeroy promised that they would explain my situation to the Landlord but they will be fair in choosing the applicant according to their eligibility.
In the end we got the flat and in a very good state. The rent was reasonable too for the area!
Victoria from Sequence maintainance used by Barnard Marcus is another gem who is passionate about what she does and always very helpful. She has always sent engineers down in the first instance as soon as we have had even a minor issue! Speaking to her I feel like I am talking to a friend!
All in all great service by the team at Barnard Marcus and the maintenance team. Will stay with this estate agent forever and will definitely recommend.
