We decided to use Thomas Morris to sell our property as they seemed to be able to sell houses very quickly in our area and we had already put an offer in on a new property.
Joe, Sean and the team did not disappoint, our house was listed and online within 2 days and sold 16 days later. All the way through we were kept informed on the progress whilst the team kept all the stress away from us.

Comment on agent fees
The agents fees were Fair, there are cheaper ways to sell a house but Thomas Morris made the whole process stress free and easy.
