Very happy with the service from Joanne and her team. Feed back was regular which help with my time frame for completing decoration work prior to the re-let.
Comment on agent fees
With rising rents over the years fees need to be looked at to lower the % charged.

Thank you for taking the time to post your review and I am really pleased to read that you are happy with the service provided by Jo, Christine and the lettings team at Braintree. I take on board your comment on the fees. However we are not the cheapest in the area but we are certainly not the most expensive and feel that our fees are fully justified by the service we provide to all of our clients. I hope that you agree. The rents do go up over the years but at a much lower percentage than the costs of improving the service with new software to provide a streamline service to all which we do not pass on to our landlords or tenants.
