We would like to say a massive thankyou to Rob Anderson and the rest of the team at Grantham. All the way through the selling and buying process Rob has gone above and beyond to help get us through. The fantastic communication and the fact that nothing was too much trouble was the best experience we have ever had with an Estate Agent. We are very sorry to have cancelled the viewing at short notice. We appreciate the difficult circumstances you are under by taking a day off work for the viewing. It was in no way our intention to cause any inconvenience, we had received instruction from our Landlord to cancel all viewings booked for today due to a let being agreed.
