Our fees for the fully managed service are £450 letting fee, £50 deposit fee and £200 resigning fee and 10% management fee, all fees are plus vat. We do not charge any additional fees, all our services include check in inventory, inspections, tenant referencing and check out reports.

The comment about a full weeks advance rent when the property was vacated makes no sense at all unless the tenant did break their contract and leave early in which case she was liable for rent until the new tenant moved in.
Deposits are returned 10 working days after proof of final utility bills is provided which is in the tenancy agreement.
