Rhys did a superb job in negotiating the sale of a beautiful flat in a mansion block in Bloomsbury. He organized several viewings and inspections of the property for the buyers as wells as for surveyors / valuers. He also gave very helpful advice, provided contact to the landlord firm, and compiled a list of utility companies serving the property,
Rhys deserves high praise for doing everything for this (quite lengthy) sale to finally go through, while acting always as a very fair and trustworthy meditator between seller and buyer.
