I put my house on the market with Swetenhams about 3 months ago. After 2 months I had had no viewings which I can understand as the market is slow at the moment. However in that time I made several phone calls to them that were never returned and they gave me no feedback on any interest in the property. When they did contact me it was to ask me if I would drop my price so they could feature the house in their Autumn sale.
Further to that I purchased an energy certificate through Swetenhams which I paid 80 for. The certificate recommended that I have Solar Panels fitted despite the fact I already have them. I was advised this would be sorted and I would receive a call back the next day. I got bored of waiting and finally contacted them after 2 weeks. At this point I was told they had sent an email to which they had no response. In other words they had done nothing.
Other things were that they told me it would be on Rightmove in 24 hours when it actually took nearly 2 weeks. I paid them 200 upfront for this online package they offer. I have had nothing back for that money either. They told me the picture they took of my kitchen wasn't very good but never bothered to come out to take another one.
I have never reviewed anything on the internet before so this is a first. The people were pleasant when I spoke to them but turned out to be dishonest. Very happy to take my money but couldnt even do something as simple as returning a call. By far the worst service I have received for anything in my life. I strongly recommend this company are avoided at all costs

What agent could do to change your mind?
Once Swetenhams had taken some money from me, they delivered nothing that they said they would. Not even returning my call. On that basis nothing could change my mind.Attached Filesnbsp;
