after visiting several agencies and having viewings under false advice, I visited Davis Tate where I immediately felt at ease with Alexandra. She was very honest and helpful and gave me advice on my situation. She did not have to and could have just shown me the door but she helped me understand fees and the lettings process and made me feel at ease. I've had my fingers burned with other agents taking my money knowing I would not be eligible however This was not the case here. As soon as I entered I felt I could actually trust them. When I am ready to move I will only be making one choice when it comes to agents now. Thanks for your help!
