I sold my house in the West Midlands of England and Peter Alan was the estate agent for the house I bought in Caerphilly. From start to finish they were great: a highly professional lady (Leanne) did the viewing, allowing me plenty of time and answering my questions). The Sales Negotiator (Claire) handled a difficult 5-house chain (when the final purchase fell through, she helped my vendors find another property to buy within days, which stopped the chain collapsing). And the manager was very personable too.
A brilliant team. I would definitely use them again for house sale or purchase.
