Nadine has provided an all round excellent service. Whatever I call up for she knows the answer or finds it and gets back to me. She's dealt with the full range of lettings requirements for me and I couldn't be more pleased; finding tenants, inventories, post-tenancy inspections, deposits and ad hoc repairs. When I had achallenging situation with a previous tenant, even though Chelton Brown at that stage were not fully managing the property they helped sort things out and as a result I upgraded with them without hestitation. I would thoroughly recommend Chelton Brown and Nadine has proved extremely helpful.
