Thanks to the team at Coopers I have found and settled into my new home. Greg was the perfect viewing assistant, attentive, answered any questions, but not talkative when I needed to think and very understanding of my many tick boxes. And Perry was professional and very helpful with negotiating on his seller's behalf. He always got back to me as promised, and kept me informed; I was never left waiting (as can happen with an on-line estate agent service) so I was able to buy my new house quickly and smoothly.
If you are selling your property and are not sure whether or not to use a 'real' estate agent - for me as a buyer - a real estate agent such as Coopers, wins every time. As a buyer, it is very helpful and reassuring to deal with a person rather than with an online faceless service.
I highly recommend Coopers Residential and will go back to them if ever I want to sell or rent out my new property. Thank you, Perry and Greg and all at Coopers.

Comment on agent fees
I was a buyer, not seller, so no fees payable, but in my experience, an estate agent is worth every penny - you cannot beat a real estate agent when it comes to conducting viewings, selling and negotiating the sale of your house for the best price possible. On-line agencies may be cheaper, but they can be very off-putting for prospective buyers. I used a real estate agent to sell my house and it sold within 6 days of going on the market.
