Prior to letting my property out with Brookdale, I considered a number of property management companies/letting agencies. Brookdale was always top of my list despite carrying out a balanced comparison. This was mainly due to being a previous tenant living in another Brookdale managed property a couple of years prior to letting out my own property. I was familiar with how they operated as a business and more importantly, how they manage properties on behalf of many landlords, which gave me great comfort as a new landlord. They also offered me lots of advise, particularly as I knew very little about letting properties out at that time.
I have let my property through Brookdale for about 3 years now without regret or reconsideration. I have been very pleased with how they have manage my property. Nothing is an issue for the team and they are always happy to help. I originally expected a single point of contact but I have to say, everyone who I've come in to contact with has been highly professional and approachable. The level of communication with the team at Brookdale is excellent - I'm well informed at all times, they provide genuine value and deliver a reliable service.
So as a previous tenant and a more recent landlord, I would highly recommend Brookdale Property Management - the whole team do an excellent job for me.

Good - they are competitive. For me its about the value they bring.
