Our conveyancing started normally, a very nice guy came and valued out property, went through our marketing strategies and let us choose which one we felt was the best approach!
The Country Properties team marketed our home at our pace and we were soon under offer!
Then the roller coaster journey began.
Rebecca in particular refused to give up for all parties concerned. She has amazing amounts of patience, never gave up ( I confess we nearly thew the towel in on more than one occasion ) Rebecca and Joshua after several months of negotiations and encouragement pulled the chain together and we recently completed our sale and purchase. Thanks all.
Would we recommend Country Properties in Hitchin? YES!

I initially thought WOW that’s a lot of money! But we wouldn’t be happily settling into our new home if we hadn’t of had the back up and support of Rebecca and Joshua.
