Heidi visited us to give a valuation. She provided plenty of support for that valuation and was confident that now was a good time to market our property. She was knowledgeable about the local area and market.
Tom visited to take photos and measurements of the property. He was also friendly and was able to answer queries that we had.
We were happy with the approach of both agents, neither being pushy in their dealings with us.
