Leaders are the worst agent i have ever had the experience of renting a property. From day one the communication , attitude of staff and responses were simply below par and at times unprofessional. we moved into our flat without being made aware of the check in and it was a state - we refused to sign the documentation and spent weeks trying to get basics sorted like light bulbs to - heating units hanging off walls fixed (we documented all with pictures and emails to them at the time|) after 6 months we cam to realize that two thirds of the underfloor heating did not work !! not ideal especially with kids and cold winters. we were never made aware before we rented and only found out when the landlord let it slip when delivering a small portable heater which is not acceptable or sufficient. we tried to look for resoluiton but simply leaders were not interested in the slightest. eventually we moved out on this premise early forcing them to concede it was unlivable which they even now are trying to make out was not the case - since they have moved another family in to the property and i wonder if they will have the same issue. throughout getting basics done has been a nightmare * is frankly useless either doesn't respond or half heartedly sends you a number to deal with issues yourself ( i have all the emails to prove it !!.. then on checkout we cleaned the property to a better standard than we received - even double checked and had it confirmed with * again all on email and now they are trying to take money from our deposit when we received the property in a worse condition but that was ok - it has taken weeks of chasing and at no stage have leaders been proactive i have literally had to email them daily to get answers. all in all appalling service, culture and company ..avoid them at all costs.
