Rachel phoned me everyday until I'd paid the £6,200 NON REFUNDABLE reservation fee, even when she knew I was waiting for a survey to come back with findings, so I knew I could mortgage the property. Once I'd paid this I would have to call 3 or 4 times a day to get 1 call back at the end of the week. Customer service was terrible, even the agent they work along side criticised them heavily along the way. Beware they use their own law firm 'Medway' who are equally terrible and even took two weeks and 11 calls to call my solicitors back in relation to completing. They say the auction sale is quick but they make sure it drags and you feel like you may lose your money. Costs the buyer and seller more than a normal sale. A total con from start to finish with rude and lazy staff.

Thanks for your reply. But why using viewers names to make money. You cannot force people to pay with out registered on your website or made a bid on properties. You can put these therm on you website for your bidders so they have to agree before that. This is unlawful make this kind of list without this people knowing you have such a contract with vendors. Agency have to inform the viewers about that black list. ...
