I used an online agency to sell my property. Although it was cheap, there was close to none help after the sale was agreed. Luckily, I was buying the property via Arins and Harry quite possibly saved the chain from falling through several times. He provided constant updates and also helped me dealing with my buyer even though he didn't have to as I didn't use Arins for the sale. Overall, it was a great service provided. And when Harry was on annual leave, Ellis has stepped up and provided just as good of a service that made me feel at ease and looked after. Thanks to Harry, my wife and I are enjoying our new home.
