We have FINALLY made it to exchange on a very up & down sale experience!! Nick was fantastic and very helpful from the beginning bringing us plenty of research with regards to prices in the area and helping us by recommending the correct price to sell at. He is local and knowledgable which is exactly what you need.
Thank goodness also that Rochelle was involved from the moment we (very quickly thanks to the team) found a buyer and throughout - she is fantastic and completely on the ball. She made me feel like I could always call her, gave amazing updates throughout the lengthy process and just me feel slightly less insane on tough days! It made us realise how important it is to choose an agent - not only for the obvious things like the initial sale, but for the behind the scenes work which is so often overlooked, but absolutely essential and potentially the most important part. Our first sale fell through and Rochelle and Charlie (couldn't add a third recommended person) found two new buyers the next day and our house was sold again - at asking price! This meant we didn't lose our new home either. I could make a list of all the great things this agent did - from the initial block viewings which made our life easier to the great photographer etc., but I would be here for hours if I did! So all I will say is that I cannot recommend them highly enough...and thank you to the entire team!
