So far I have found the service from Chelton Brown excellent. From the initial viewing, to the credit/employee check which was lightning fast to the signing of paperwork to ... the keys I have no complaints.
They made the whole process very easy, and Rebecca answered my initial questions promptly and accurately.

Comment on agent fees
I expect to pay something, especially for rented accommodation where necessary checks need to be carried out to ensure you will be a reliable tenant, and can afford where you live. I have no good or bad comments because I don't know what other people charge.
