I have recently rented a property through Bradley's in Paignton and would highly recommend dealing with Sam Cook. Right from the first point of contact he has been friendly, informative and personable. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble even though I must've asked a million questions! He genuinely made the experience a good one and always had a winning smile on his face. Thanks Sam!
Comment on agent fees
I was always more interested in choosing the right property rather than basing my decision on fees but the fees seemed fairly middle of the road.
