I have had the pleasure of working with the lettings team at Allen & Harris on half a dozen occasions over the last 3 years. . I usually work with Scarlett or Kirsty, but have found the whole team extremely helpful. The service they provide is to find a suitable tenant and handle all aspects, financially and administratively, right up to move in. Because of their focus, enthusiasm and efficiency, I now use them exclusively for all my properties. A great team.
Comment on agent fees
Extremely competitive, but the results, early and effective lets, are more important than empty properties being let at a lower rate. Notwithstanding that, the rates Allen & Harris charge are particularly keen.
