Arranged a veiwing, spoke to member of staff at 12.30pm on the day to see it was still going ahead was told yes,Booked time of work to be at the flat for 3.45pm, was there on time waited 15mins but nobody showed up, I got a call just as I was then going to call the office to see what was going on? A male member of staff said to me the flat had just been let, I said why was I not informed about this only to be told this was the first chance he had to let me know, What a joke this company is stay well clear as they work on a first come first serve bases. -*****

I apologise to John, our member of staff was at the property but John was finding to hard to find. A member of staff was asked to call John to see where he was. At the same time another applicant had come into the office to take the property. John should have been given an opportunity to view and make an application. We do only process one tenant at a time, but on block viewings it is not first come first served. I have spoken to John to see if we can find another property for him.
