As you can see from most of the latest reviews, this is a terrible estate agents. The agents, bar one (Abigail) are awful. Exactly what you'd expect from a sketch show representation of the industry. The service to sell was rushed, rude, and just trying desperately to get a sale. The time in the property was fine, apart from it being infested with mould, that after further investigation had been covered up prior to us moving in. But by far the worst part was the departure, they let people in to view the property without permission or warning. They were rude and discourteous throughout the whole process, it took an age to get our deposit back and they tried to charge us for issues on the original check in list. A final note should be that we had quite a few problems getting a company in to do an end of tenancy clean. No one locally wanted anything to do with a Kelway Law property. literally, as soon as we said their name, people were like NOPE! We don't do their properties as they are terrible to work with. Just flat out avoid this company, they are poorly run, and their are far better alternatives locally and online.

What agent could do to change your mind?
The marketing and process up to acceptance of offer was good, although I have concerns about the level of prospective purchaser vetting that was undertaken. Fees were expensive in relation to the service received, particularly when compared with the fee that the solicitor receives for undertaking the conveyancing. Fortunately I was able to rely on my solicitor for support. If I had known how much legwork I would need to do myself post offer, I would have considered selling privatelyAttached Filesnbsp;

The house was left empty whilst we were overseas, Kelway Law were prompt with email communication and had no problems dealing with our solicitors and neighbours.
