I used Village Estates as I knew the were a popular estate agent in Sidcup and I wanted to get a good price but a quick sale on my flat. Charlie came and did an initial valuation and was professional and knowledgeable, he had obviously done his research. The flat was marketted and sold within 4 weeks.
Once sold Liz my sales progress manager ensured that any difficult situations with the buyer were resolved quickly and that everyone in the chain kept the process moving in the right direction.
