After leaving a brilliant review earlier with the work Mann & Co, Sutton SM1 were doing for us it all went downhill once Chevali went on holiday.
After securing a buyer, sadly they pulled out as one of the investors couldn't proceed. We had verbal confirmation but the letter did not arrive until end of October - nearly 3 weeks after the buyer pulled out.
Back to the drawing board, Chevali was to arrange a couple of Open Houses but the first weekend did not materialise as their systems were down so they were unable to make contact with people. However the 2nd Open House the following weekend did not take place as Graeme & Tarek did nothing to make it happen. Tarek had one viewing on the Saturday.
Unlike the service we had been getting, on this occasion I had to chase for Feedback - so annoying and I told Tarek in no uncertain terms this was unacceptable.
Graeme then had a viewing but nothing came of it.
Graeme then spoke with my husband to advise that we would be having an Open House on 3rd November. I cancelled all the plans we had for the house with it being my husband's birthday. Chevali arrived back from holiday and when I spoke with her it turns out there was no Open House. I spoke with Graeme to ask about it - no it was not happening as Cheval I had been on holiday so neither he nor Tarek had bothered to do any work to make it happen.
By now we were staring to have a deja vu moment from the other estate agents.
I received a phone call from the photographer asking to visit on the Tuesday to re-take photographs to get new interest and it was agreed.
I then had an email from Graeme asking us to approve the new photographs. I called up but was told the photographer was not going back and Graeme had simply added 3 photos of 3 rooms already on there but at different angles!!
I then went online and found that the photos were already uploaded yet Graeme had only sent the email that morning and we had not approved anything.
Graeme's reply was they had uploaded automatically - clever photographs to do that without anybody pushing a button.
I told Graeme that Chevali is a bloody good worker and was getting all the viewings - his response was "that's what she is paid to do"
I feel that Graeme & Tarek have not given us the customer care we thought we would get. Chevali is an asset to Mann & Co and she deserves the recognition. I was so hoping we could sell our house with them so that she could get the sale under her belt but we are so disappointed with the attitude of the Management we have given notice to move elsewhere.
