As new landlords, Melissa has guided us through the process from start to finish. She is personable, knowledgeable and reliable - I have to say words that I haven't had the pleasure of using to describe an agent before! We've both been very impressed with the high level of customer service and I would very much recommend Melissa and all of the team at Coopers.
