I arranged to view the property 6 days in advance, when i arrived no one was there, when i rang the office they had no record of me on system and stated the property was already under offer. The person in their office who arranged the viewing took all my contact details and had called me back to confirm the time of viewing so had at least got my phone number right; Total waste of my time

Sold through woods twice now, excellent customer service, I used a different agent between these 2 sales which was like being on a factory conveyor belt.
Woods felt like a well managed family business, the same person dealt with my entire sale.
