Mezzino Manchester's staff were of a very poor quality, headed up by Ian who was rude to his fellow staff and acted like a bully towards anyone that made a complaint, or query.
They would not act at all professional in the 'office' whilst students were in there dealing with accomodation issues and issues took an extremely long time to be dealt with.
For the price that is paid to live at a Mezzino property, it is not at all worth it. It may look nice but the buildings are slowly falling apart, the staff are rude and will try to charge you additional fees even after vacating the property.
I have dealt with dodgy landlords before, but Mezzino topped the list.
