Their service was efficient and professional from start to finish, and they did a lovely job on the brochure and advertising for the property (including making changes to the draft advertisement at our request). They handled all the viewings, which was great and saved us a lot of trouble, and we accepted an offer on the property within a week of it going on the market. Paul was exceptional in the negotiation process and afterwards, and made sure everything went through smoothly by following up frequently with the buyers and both parties' solicitors. Nia was also a joy to work with and happily handled any queries when Paul was unavailable. In general, I got the impression that nothing we asked was too much trouble for Dafydd Hardy, and they really went the extra mile to ensure a stress-free sale.
