Having been with this agency for a short amount of time I am completely blown away by their appalling customer service and their attitude towards customers. Not only have I been constantly spoken down towards I have also been made to feel stupid and accused of being a liar on many occasions in regards to maintenance issues despite my rights as a tenant. The lack of care and professionalism as an agency concerns me greatly and I can gladly say I will not be doing business with this company again.
Comment on agent fees
Bad. First of all we were given the wrong quote of £250 per person which was then reduced to £200. An absolute regret of mine spending that.

In relation to this comment I can totally agree I to was spoken to like I was nothingI have not received the bond money back yet for the house I rented in thornhill
If I could give zero stars I would
This letttings agencie needs shutting down or having a change of staff and how the lettings agent is run would do the place the world of good.
All the negative reviews say something is totally wrong and I hope that someone higher will see all of the reviews and take action because the letttings agencie has been like this for years
Me and a younger daughter had people coming into a property in thornhill tampering with it and this put our lives st risk because a pump was being corroded in the bathroom and the pipe would of snapped and water would of electrocuted us both.
I had to give my daughter up because I did not want us both electrocuted and dead
Carole sheppard at Thomas George lettings is a part of this do was the neighbour to at number 12 fairacre close thornhill including a cop called pc Davis who was involved to backing the neighbour
I found mastic on the mat outside the back patio door as well from the people entering while we were out
As soon as I gave my daughter up the pump was fixed but that is no surprise
I'm not into bullying of any kind and neither will I tollerate it
But I will save a child's life of age 13
I couldn't win if I gave her up and I couldn't win if I didn't because it would of happened again and again
At a previous property a Jason Martin the father of this child wrecked my loft and again tried to kill me and his daughters
I'm only going to be happy when justice is done and cocaine is away from both my daughters for good
Including Stephanie Martin instigated to be on cocaine encouraged by her so called father ma drugs test should of been done years ago and I should of been backed
I shall wait now to see what others do after contacting the social services over and over again about Lauren Martin
His best friend died in a motorbike accident
His mother died in her fifties and now tracey Martin his brothers wife is now dead
It's all about what I own and it's all about money to feed a need
I split with him in the year of 2001 due to neglect and he grabbed me around the throat with one hand in a kitchen and pushed me against a wall
I want him to stay away from
Me for the rest of my life and others to on any form of narcotics because it ruins lives and people end up dying younger than expected
Do not rent through this companie I do not want any harm coming to anyone and especially anyone with children

These buffoons are dishonest and only semi-literate. They write "could OF" instead of "could HAVE" (among many other errors). They are grossly incompetent and are inveterate liars. Take detailed photos on moving in and out if you are unfortunate enough to rent through them as they cheat everyone, including landlords. ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
You have failed in the simplest of tasks in conducting the relevant background checks on a tenant resulting in them building up thousands of pounds in unpaid rent. You have failed on ALL occasions to keep the landlord updated and failed to return emails, phone calls etc. you have been paid over ‚£200 per month to manage a property and have failed in All aspects. The agents were dismissive towards them too, all they could parrot was "the contract" and "the rent". I paid them no rent what so ever, sued the landlord, suing the agents. They ended up getting fined from the council too! All good. Feel free to rent from them only if: 1)You are 100% certain there will be no problems with the property or 2) you are 100% certain you can deal with scum like them. If you are legally trained helps too, to shut them up when they talk nonsense!Attached Filesnbsp;

1) Get a Private Sector Housing - Environmental Department of Cardiff City Council report and schedule of works issued
2) Get a Personal Injury claim against the Landlord - if you suffered stress, asthma etc.
3) Demand the estate agent fees back and write to the Property Ombudsman
4) Send them a bunch of roses and a box of chocolates and wish them good luck for future business! ...
