Thank you to the whole team at Hatfield for all your support and advice in selling our childhood home after my mother passed away. Tim's knowledge of the local area and sympathy for the situation made such a difference, which was why I used Country Properties. The whole team were great, and whoever I spoke to in the office knew about the property and were able to answer my queries. I was kept informed of progress throughout the sale and everything went very smoothly.
Comment on agent fees
Estate agents fees always seem expensive, but in terms of this sale, full asking price and offer within a couple of weeks, and the service from Country Properties it was well worth the fee.
