We used Gascoigne-Pees in Godalming to rent a house and our Lettings Negotiator Ben Herzig and his colleagues were excellent throughout the whole process. Always available and prompt in answering any queries we had, Ben always kept us informed of any communication with the landlord, and assisted us in the negotiation process. His helpful, warm and friendly approach made the process all the more easier, and we are very grateful for that.
