We have let a property managed by Fulfords for three years. They lied about having the property redecorated before we moved in, and every issue we've had has been dealt with in an arrogant, unhelpful manner. Their follow-through is poor, they fail to follow instructions, they've agreed to ring before sending a tradesman around, then sent him without telling us, and generally they manage to provide the minimum effort with maximum arrogance.

Rude, patronising, dismissive and unwilling or unable to follow through. Problems reported were never resolved. The only time communications were timely was when they wanted money. Even if the perfect property were listed with them, I would find somewhere else rather than do business with ...

Agents at Fulfords should all be adequately trained so they provide the same information and level of customer service. I suggest certain members of staff should improve their telephone manner and levels of customer service.
