I found myself frustrated in August 2017 with the estate agents I was registered with at the time. For someone who has never dealt with a house sale, I needed estate agents that could guide me through each process step by step and remain motivated and consistent whilst understanding my needs.
Enter Hunters.
I first spoke to Dave and Lorna in October 2017 and I was reassured by our initial interaction. The advice they gave me was valuable and so informative I asked myself why I didn't use them to start with. The way they marketed my house was absolutely superb. Hit every nail on the head. That is what you desire as a seller and what attracts an interested buyer. Due to the constant talk of property in the news, the markets are obviously a very challenging aspect to predict. However, Dave was able to strategize best of how to attract interest to my property. Excellent. Not only that, I felt I was being educated about challenges of the market and how to deal with this best for my property. This certainly helped me, and I am sure this will help others especially during a very challenging time we are having in this nation. I also noticed with other estate agents when interest is lacking in your property, they approach registered buyers to yours for a 'viewing', although the criteria for the property they are looking for doesn't match up to yours. That's poor. But what Hunters do is LISTEN to their clients and offer them a SERVICE that FITS the CLIENTS requirements. Again, excellent.
I also need to mention the attention to detail Hunters bring to the table. This is embodied by Dave and Joseph. Joseph is very informative and is able to provide a first-class service to the CLIENT. Not only is Joseph meticulous, he is superb with handling seller/buyer requirements when the process gets closer to the exchange. This is also key traits most buyers/sellers look for and this group certainly have that.
I can't thank them highly. It is not easy selling property, especially during this very difficult climate. However, when you have estate agents who are calming, reassuring, knowledgeable, professional and motivated, you always have a chance. It feels me with great hope that you have estate agents like Hunters (Forest Hill) who are there to help and do what is required. That is Hunters.
