Found a property we liked, paid almost £200 to secure it.
We was totally upfront with them,
They rang up the next week saying we lied about a ccj, and would need a guarantor,
As we've decided to rent and sell our own house due to circumstances, we even offered to pay a years rent upfront, that wasn't good enough for these people..
Also trying to ring the Burton branch is like trying to track down Lord Lucan, they never answer the phone, leave numerous Messages, they just ignore them..
Enjoy our £200 you conned us out of..
Nobody should even give a second thought about using Belvouir..
I urge people to save time heartache and money and go with a reputable company.
