We moved into this rented property 12 years ago. It's in the North of Peterborough and a fairly quite area. The move into the property and paperwork were pretty seamless. The deposit was paid and the move completed. Over the course of 12 years we have had only a few issues and this review is how the letting agent has dealt with these issue.
Maintenance requests and acknowledgements have always been dealt with quickly even late evening times. The sub contractors have not always been the best but i do understand they are working to a price to please the property owner.
Emails from the letting agent are always timely and i cannot fault the correspondence in anyway. One particularity cold winter the heating failed and after a few days of a partially working / not working boiler problems, Brookdale arranged for several free standing radiators for my use while the heating was fixed.
All in all I am very happy to recommend Brookdale and especially Julie Burke in the office for everything they have done for us over 12 very happy years.

Comment on agent fees
Fee's were fairly cheap 12 years ago with Brookdale, Compared to the fee we have just paid another agent now. But that's inflation.
