In a difficult and over-supplied market Village Estates helped to sell my property. They were persistent and professional. We all had to compromise but in the end I was pleased to sell to a nice young couple and very happy that Charlie was on top of the admin. His recommended solicitor did a great job and Charlie even fixed a few last-minute issues to ensure everything ran to timetable.

Fees agreed at 0.75% which I think it very fair.
