The staff at Headington branch are out of their depth. Whilst I am sure that they don't make mistakes on purpose, (why would they) they are nonetheless astonishingly incompetent. They failed to perform the most basic tasks, like finding a tenant, dealing with end of tenancy service providers etc. I had to do it for them, whilst still paying full fees.
The more disappointing fact was that they didn't have the professional courtesy to own up to their mistakes but rather kept covering them up.
They are incompetent, unprofessional and dishonest. Stay well away from them, and this branch in particular. They will cost you time and money and you'll end up doing all the work anyway.
