Sorry to hear you are disappointed by our deposits process.
Before the end of their tenancies, we give tenants lots of information about how to avoid unnecessary charges. We also give out free cleaning materials.
Tenants are also asked to accompany staff on a final check out. This gives you an opportunity to do any last minute fixes. (Our staff also bring cleaning products with them to these inspections.)
Unfortunately, some tenancies do require additional cleaning. The deductions from your deposit are used to pay for this cleaning.
Once you have received your deposit statement, you are also welcome to dispute any of the deductions that you think have been added in error.
