After having a valuation of my property earlier in the year I made it very clear that I would contact Preston Baker if and when I decided to proceed with selling my flat. However I have lost count of the number of calls they have made chasing me. On two very clear occasions I said I found Preston Baker's prices too high - on the first occasion the response was very puzzled but Preston Baker only have to check other agents' prices to see that theirs are higher. I was told at this time that nobody would contact me again - but this didn't happen. On the SECOND occasion I made it really clear that the prices were too high and that I was irritated by the calling I was told clearly that my details would be removed from the database. So I find myself wondering why I have had two further voicemails from Josh. So here we are. YOUR PRICES ARE TOO HIGH. I WOULDN'T USE YOU BECAUSE OF THAT. BUT BECAUSE OF THE HARASSMENT I WILL NOW ENSURE NOBODY I KNOW USES YOU EITHER. LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!

I was a little upset by the fees and the fees to continue with a tenancy even though I would have committed to a longer tenancey I will now have to pay another ‚£60:00 to continue living at my new address.
