I have been renting flats for over 10 years and this is probably the worst experience I got. Our Foxtons agent is unresponsive, uncaring and tries every chance he's got to avoid dealing with our problem. It could even be a safety issue, he would find a way to say this is our own problem and he doesn't need to be involved.
My flatmate and I contacted them repeatedly for the same problems, and they never got fixed. This is all about money for them and so don't expect anything but massive fees to pay for 0 service. Will never use again for sure.

Do not use Foxtons Shoreditch at all. I called up inquiring about a property for sale and was promised I will get a call back, as suspected no call back.
I called and was put through to Gavie, what a joke. He was telling me an offer as been accepted but he may do viewings, was pressuring me to look at it earlier and trying to sell me other properties.
Appalling service. Why would anyone want to sell a property through them?
