They say that selling your house is one of the most stressful things you can do in life.... well on a personal level it was !!... However, the professional support that I got throughout the whole process from the staff, and from Rob in particular, was was second to none !!.. He was there every step of the way for me, and I can't recommend him and the team enough!! Keep up the good work.

Obviously I'd rather the fees were as little as possible, (no doubt the same as everyone else) and feel that the fees I paid were fairly high, especially when I had to 'chase' my guarantor when I wasn't aware that I needed to - surely this is what I pay admin fees for?
