Worst experience I had ever known from start to finish. Poor customer servise as a tenant. Communication non existatant. Everyone in the agency says different things, and it means, that agents do not speek with each other or something, because I can't understant how could it be possible. Disorganised. Totally unprofessional. Can't say nothing positive about our experience with this agency. Once they have your money, your are on your own. They either don't care or are completely incompetent or maybe both. I would never ever deal with this agency again and would not recommend them.
