They are the worst agency i have ever dealt with in my life. As a tenant i had to suffer the following
1) waited for a year to get the panel behind the toilet to be replaced which got damaged due to a leak. Stilll was not repaired when i left the property. They never fix any thing.
2) I was told a time for giving the keys back and inventory review again no one came. When i told them i want to be there when inventory is reviewed was promised so but they went ahead and did it any way.
3) more than a week gone buy have not told me the feedback from the inventory or how and when will i get deposit.
4) Do not follow up on questions and there is so much more.
I hope no one has to deal with this crap.
