I cannot speak highly enough of Scott and Ben and all of the Broadwater team. Having had very negative experiences with estate agents in the past I was apprehensive when it came to the time to instruct again. I had previously fallen for the charm and charisma of the senior agent who values the property, gets your instruction then has nothing more to do with your move, handing it over to less experienced staff. However when I met Scott I saw the charm and charisma once again but also the genuine passion for what he does and for delivering excellent customer service. He returned with Ben to take the photos and having not long had my second baby my house was cluttered with toys and baby things. Ben and Scott insisted on leaving it all to them to adjust things to ensure we got the best photos possible before putting everything back as it was. Simply phenomenal customer service and care.
Throughout the entire lengthy process to sell our house and exchange, the whole Broadwater team have shown nothing but excellent service both professional and personable at all times. This for me is what made them stand out above all others I have ever been involved with. They treated me as a friend that they genuinely wanted to see move to the house that was right for us. They were relentless in their efforts to sell our house and always returned calls and emails when promised. They always had time for me when our chain encountered difficulties and I was calling regularly, not that I needed to as they always called me with any news. They were so very patient with me when things got stressful and complicated and never made me feel like they were too busy for me or that they didn't genuinely care. They cared about us, not their commission. I simply cannot thank the team, particularly Ben and Scott, or rate them highly enough. I won't hesitate to re-instruct them for our next move and only hope the house we buy next is sold through them. They completely changed my opinion of 'all estate agents'. They were estate agents but became friends. I couldn't have been more greateful for the professional, compassionate, personable team we had behind us and can't recommend them highly enough. Scott is clearly an excellent leader and has a very solid team behind him following in his footsteps.
