We have used Hurford Salvi Carr to manage our rental flat for several years. Recently a tenancy came to an end and HSC found us a new tenant immediately with no void period. Unfortunately, several months in the new tenant asked to surrender the lease for personal reasons. Marc and Judy dealt with all the negotiations and paperwork around the surrender smoothly and efficiently and then found us a replacement tenant swiftly with no void. Great service.
