Andy was really good during all the negotiations on getting the sale of the property I wished to purchase. He kept me informed of developments and liaised with myself and the seller in a professional and friendly manner. Once the price was agreed and the chain was set, Andy handed me over to his colleague Trudy who deals with the aftercare and effectively pushes the deal through (makes it happen) by liaising with all the relevant parties ensuring paperwork etc is all managed and dealt with. This is the area for which I am most thankful to Trudy and to Patrick Williams, as it was during this twelve weeks following the initial agreement on the sale which is where I feel I could not of received any better support and advice. Naturally this period in the process can be very stressful, since a lot is at stake and it's a massive thing in my life which I needed to go well. As you are reliant on other parties to also get their paperwork and legal bits in order and in a timely fashion, it was essential that Trudy was there to assist in bringing things together. This she done remarkably well, consistently keeping me informed of developments and reassuring me when at times things appeared to not be coming together as quickly as had hoped. I must say that Trudy was my go-to person throughout all of this and Patrick Williams wasn't even the agent who I was selling through. If it wasn't for her, this process of getting to exchange and completion would have been much more stressful. Thanks to her friendly and professional approach, she made me feel more at ease and managed my expectations very well. To be frank, if it wasn't for her, I don't feel we would've all got to the point of exchange and the deal completed. The numerous calls and emails that she must have made to all the solicitors and vendors of the chain whilst regularly keeping me informed of these conversations and updates, I am very grateful to her for. As mentioned, I truly believe that if it wasn't for her making things happen, I wouldn't be as happy as I am finding myself today. I could not recommend her, Andy and Patrick Williams enough for all the help they gave me. It's not just about getting the sale agreed and walking away with them, but rather it is the care, assistance and reassurance that came following that initial stage, that really was the area that I was most impressed with.
