I tried to let a flat through Anja, who took a holding deposit and told me she'd confirm back to me and to send through all my bank statements, employment contract etc. for the bank reference. After 3 days, 7 unanswered phone calls and a conversation with her manager, it turned out she'd negotiated a contract for another tenant.
