I was cautious about renting through this agency after reading poor reviews. However it seems they are for a similarly named company in East London.
I dealt with Paul Alexandrou throughout my tenancy and from the start, he was friendly and helpful.
Check-in was easy and fast. The inventory was thorough and the professional cleaning was very good. Any small maintenance problems were dealt with pretty quickly.
When I ended my tenancy, Paul dealt with all the details with professional care once again. The check-out and inventory went fairly smoothly. The cleaning, again, was excellent, if not very cheap. The deposit was also returned within the standard TPS 10 day period.
The only recommendation I would make is to change the agency name to avoid confusion with apparently not so efficient agents!

I think the fees are standard. While it's nice not to pay any fees, you will probably have to pay through higher rent, perhaps.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
